Please make sure to specify order number(s) on the return slip so we can ensure that we credit your account accurately.
Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest including a tracking number with your shipment as we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please note buyer will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be paid in advance.
Returned items must be unopened and in original condition. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. A 20% restocking may apply. Please note that we do not refund merchant processing fees, original shipping fees or shipping concessions or promotions and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. CHIOMA will not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee may be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “un-deliverable” address. Please ensure that your order information is correct before submitting.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
CHIOMA reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- Returns that do not meet our return policy requirements
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
