I have noticed a change in my stress levels (more relaxed) and will continue to use. Haven’t used it long enough to notice any other results other than my boobs are more plump and have gotten a little sore since I’ve used this but overall want to stick it out to see the other benefits.
As far as curves go I’m not sure as I am kind-of curvy already but having use other Maca products in the past I would say that those seem to have shown more of an increase or definition in a quicker time frame than this does. Fingers crossed.
At 28, I have hormone issues and have been losing my hourglass shape- i have gained a belly and thought this might help balance out. I mix Maca/ Shatavari with the Maca blend (red, black and yellow).
I like the chioma detox pills & the ashwagandha ginger powder is amazing , I cut coffee& soda. I make the smoothie with a veggie based protein powder, put a scoop of this in with either a plant-based milk, soy milk or a high protein whole milk. I also add 1 TBSP nutivas Super-seed blend of chia flax and hemp w.coconut oil coating. Blend with ice, greek yogurt and 1/2 banana.
An hour later I eat one whole avocado with extra virgin olive oil pink salt and black pepper. I’m full until about 12 or 1. For lunch I will eat either shrimp chicken or turkey with kale spinach and Kress. Apple cider vinegar and extra-virgin olive oil. & lemon water. Eat high proteins and healthy fats daily…. Sweet potatoes, brown rice and quinoa are good additions to meals.
AND the teas are pretty awesome^. I felt tingly going to sleep. I do wish one of the teas would have been in bag form but I will adapt.

I first had my doubts that this would be beneficial, but I do notice a difference in my skin at least, plus my homeopathic doctor said he thought each of the products were excellent and very beneficial for my estrogen dominance.
